Customized massage session - uses a combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to relieve stress and tension. Focus may be on finding and releasing specific trigger points, tender points or tight bands and/or on full body wellness and relaxation.___

60 MIN - recommend focusing on 2-3 specific areas (eg: back, neck, shoulders)___
75 MIN - enough time for a full body relaxation session___
90 MIN - best option for full body deep tissue with specific work on 1-2 problem areas

Massage

Using a light, gentle touch, I release fascial restrictions within the craniosacral system, guiding the central nervous system into a state of deep relaxation. This facilitates the body's innate ability to self-correct and heal. CST has been known to be beneficial for symptoms of the following conditions: headaches, TMJ syndrome, whiplash, anxiety, PTSD, fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and many others. Clients remain fully clothed during this treatment. 

CranioSacral Therapy

After a detailed intake, client will receive a customized Healing Touch session which may include Chakra Balancing, Mind Clearing and/or Biofield Restructuring
